How to request help

If you need help or support, or know of someone who might appreciate a helping hand, then either:

(i) TELEPHONE
the SGNS Telephone Helpline:
tel. no. 01522 412199

Your call will be answered personally by an operator (stating 'Springline Good Neighbour Scheme').

You will be asked to leave your name, address and telephone number plus short details of the assistance you require.

(ii) Contact Form
Complete the  contact form on the left hand side of this page and provide your name, address and telephone number.

Your request will then be passed to our Duty Team and we will get back to you at the earliest opportunity to confirm that we can help.

Whichever method of contact you use, please provide as much advance notice as you can

(ideally 2/3 working days ahead or, if possible, even longer!)

This will allow us time to find a volunteer to assist you.

We cannot undertake to provide a volunteer to help at short notice (i.e.'on the same day'!)

The area covered by the Scheme is within the purple boundary.
